What taxes do I pay and what costs do I incur when completing a transaction?

When executing the property purchase and sale agreement, you pay notary fees (about 1500 euros) and the property transfer tax (Grunderwerbsteuer) at a rate of 5% of the property value.

To which account does the tenant pay monthly rent payments?

You can receive these payments to any SEPA account or to the management company's account if it is SWIFT.

How much do your services cost?

Our property management services range from 10% to 27% of the rental value, depending on the set of services and guarantees you choose for your income property.

What is included in your services?
